If the bot's token leaks
A leaked token can rename the server, disable verification, and rewrite or remove AutoMod rules.
Safer alternative
Most bots that ask for this only read settings. Reading guild data needs no permission at all.
Affected by server 2FA
In servers that require two-factor authentication for moderation, this permission only works if the bot owner's account (or the team owner) has 2FA enabled.
